The short version

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. It does not ask you to create an account and does not know who you are.

What is processed automatically

The web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, referrer and browser user agent — for security and troubleshooting. These are not used to build profiles, are not sold, and are not shared except where legally required. Logs are retained for a short operational period and then deleted.

Third-party requests your browser makes

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here, so your browser contacts Google when loading a page. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
• rpc.richxchain.com is queried by your browser to display live supply figures. This request contains no personal data beyond the network-level information any HTTP request carries.

Email

If you write to an address on this site, your message and address are processed to answer you and kept only as long as needed for that correspondence.

The blockchain is not private

Understand clearly: RichX Chain is a public ledger. Addresses, balances, mining claims and transfers are permanently visible to anyone, cannot be edited, and cannot be erased on request. This is a property of the chain, not a policy choice, and no right of deletion can be honoured over it. Nothing on this site controls what the chain records.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you — meaning server logs and email correspondence, which is the only personal data held. Write to privacy@bitcoinrxc.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and no data is knowingly collected from minors.

Material changes will be reflected here with a revised date above.
